Because each item is made to order, our return policy is structured a little differently than traditional retail.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit.

 

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, store credit will be issued via email and can be used on any future purchase.

 


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’ve got you covered.

  • Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges

We recommend checking our size charts carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.

 


Refunds

Because all items are made to order, refunds to the original payment method are only issued for defective or incorrect items.

 

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Changed mind
  • Normal wear and tear

Store credit is available for eligible non-defective returns.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

 

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

 


Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard returns and exchanges
  • Defective or incorrect items will have shipping covered by us
  • Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

 


Processing Time

 

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the item
  • Store credit will be issued once the return is inspected and approved
